AUTOMATIC CONTROL AND CORRECTION OF AUTOMATICALLY PLACED POINTS POSITION FOR GEOMETRIC MATCHING OF SATELLITE SURVEY IMAGES TAKEN AT DIFFERENT TIMES

Summary: Concomitant errors search based on implementation of co-registration in two phases is proposed. At the end of the first stage the difference matrices for mutual distances of control points are introduced. Then errors exceeding the threshold of significance are detected and cyclically removed. The solution of this problem is based on complete matching principle for geometric proportions of the current survey image (under co-registration) and the reference image only in the absence of placement errors of the ground control points. A scheme of automatic detection and elimination of deviations from this correspondence is given. An example of its practical application is demonstrated.

Keywords: images taken at different times, co-registration, correction, transformation, difference matrix of mutual distances, placement, raster coordinates, control (matching) points, topographic coordinates, area of spatial identification.

ARTIFICIAL HETEROGENEOUS DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS

Summary: The article deals with the heterogeneity of natural and artificial systems. Models that represent the heterogeneity of decision support systems are proposed. A brief overview of the work on artificial heterogeneous decision support systems of the Kaliningrad School in the Kaliningrad State Technical University, Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University, the Kaliningrad branch of the Federal Research Center “Computer Science and Control” of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University is presented.

Keywords: heterogeneity, decision support system, hybrid intelligent system.

RESEARCH OF AN INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR MEASURING CARBON DIOXIDE, TEST BENCH FOR MINE RESCUE EQUIPMENT

Summary: One of the main directions of "The Program of Donetsk region scientific and technical development for the period until 2020" provides for increasing coal production based on technical re-equipment of coal mines and introduction of advanced technology. Work in coal mines remains a difficult and dangerous one. As the coal mining depth increases, the gas content of workings, the temperature of seams and the moisture of rocks, as well as the frequency and intensity of gas-dynamic flows grow; this leads to increased danger of mining. In such conditions the problem of providing miners and mine-rescue services with personal protective and monitoring equipment embedded in autonomous insulating respirators for on-line monitoring health of workers acquires special importance.

Keywords: block diagram, device, concentration, prototype, design.

SPEECH PHONEMIC SEGMENTATION CORRECTION METHOD

Summary: This article describes a method of speech segmentation correction using digital band-pass filter and average variation value as a feature to determine segment vocalization. This method allows significantly reducing speaker-related segmentation errors.

Keywords: speech recognition, automatic speech segmentation, variation.

NEURAL CONTROLLER FOR QUADROTORS FOR TAKEOFF AND LANDING (MODEL AND SIMULATION)

Summary: This paper presents a theoretical mechanical model of an unmanned aerial vehicle – quadrocopter. Such basic trajectories as take-off, landing, hovering, flying in a straight line was studied. It was considered a convergent neural network algorithm of control.

Keywords: quadrocopter, neural network control algorithm, neural network controller.

ANALYSIS OF EXISTING SIMULATORS FOR ROBOTIC SYSTEMS

Summary: The article defines the concept of “robot simulator” (further – simulator). The structure of simulators is considered, and classification of simulators is described. The advantages and disadvantages of working with simulators are specified. An overview of the most common simulators is provided. The review provides comparative characteristics of different types of simulators. Simulators with the best performance are highlighted.

Keywords: robotics, simulator, physics engine, graphics engine, simulation environment, virtual model.
