Adaptation speed and accuracy of results are the main properties indicators built on structurally-stochastic information processing principle. Accuracy of results and sustainability are the main indicators of GIS, combining structurally-stochastic information processing principle and product processing principle of knowledge base by interrelated active elements. Methodology of hybrid intelligent systems stable functioning indicators is defined. PROJECT OF BUILDING THE ALGORITHM OF CLASSIFICATION OF TEXT DOCUMENTS.
UDC 004.89 Annotation: The new machine-learning algorithm for the classification of text documents, which may be used for more efficient structuring and retrieval of necessary information, is considered. The general principle of the algorithm applied to the problem of improving the quality of classification is illustrated. The model of the algorithm is based on the classical methods of machine learning, their application received the composition of the algorithm to represent knowledge in intelligent systems. ABOUT THE TEXT CORRECTION AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN RECOGNITION OF SPEECH.
UDC 004.89:004.93 Annotation: The main purpose of this article - the mechanism of spoken Russian words recognition with a reduced number of basic speech elements and subsequent refinement of the obtained generalized results within the framework of working with the text. A similar approach is also proposed for a priori recognition of the first sound. Separate sections relate to the problem of phonetic nests and the use of unvoiced fragments in the recognition of speech. NUMERICAL MODELLING OF DISPERSION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC EXCITATIONS IN A NONIDEAL LATTICE OF MICRORESONATORS.
UDC 539.2; 535 Annotation: The paper is devoted to numerical modeling of the spectrum of electromagnetic in a nonideal lattice of irregularly spaced tunnel-coupled microcavities as containing quantum dots, the same without them. The virtual-crystal-approximation-based model is used to examine the effect of the changing number of closely spaced cavities as well as the changing concentrations of quantum dots on the dispersion of electromagnetic excitations. UDC 004.83 Annotation: Visual management methods develop control subject’s effective thinking skills in the design and manipulation of metaphor and symbol images, allowing it to recognize at a glance the problem situation and "see its solution" without logical inferences. Individual and collective visual management is a complex combination of activities in the external and internal world of experts, reduced in the system analysis into compound parts, phases and relationships between them. The article deals with the application and combination of system analysis and visual control tools for the activation of visual, imaginative, creative thinking in virtual heterogeneous teams to achieve systemic synergy. VISUAL THINKING IN THE VIRTUAL WORLD OF CONTROL AND DECISION-MAKING.
UDC 004.89 Annotation: The article proposes an approach to the construction of collective decision support systems as virtual heterogeneous teams, implementing methods of visual control and facilitation. Such team is a system of avatars of real experts and computer models of experts, implemented in the visual management metaphor "room for round table meetings" over virtual model of decision-making world. To implement an active world outlook and communication in a virtual heterogeneous team the theory of activity, the psychology of meaning of D.A. Leontief and the language of the schematized images of O.S. Anisimov are used. The mechanism that realizes the vision of computer models of experts in a virtual heterogeneous team is based on the adaptive-dynamic structuring of V.V.
