This study confirms the expected effectiveness of using the additive effect of technologies to minimize
external energy consumption by a hydrodynamic steam generator built on a Segner wheel. Thanks to
this combination of technologies, a steam generation regime has been achieved when its output
product, water vapor, is at the same time a source of reactive force that rotates the wheel, and therefore
compensates for the energy consumption for its production during desalination of water by distillation. Keywords: steam generation, Segner wheel, centrifugal force, cavitation, Laval nozzle,
mathematical model, energy balance, parametric optimization. Keywords: steam generation, Segner wheel, centrifugal force, cavitation, Laval nozzle, mathematical model, energy balance, parametric optimization.
