Abstract: The article analyzes the existing methods in the diagnosis of psychoemotional states, considers various drug -free app roaches to improve self -regulation, such as psyc hotherapy, meditation and relaxation techniques, as well as the theoretical basis, features and possib ilities of application of these methods in everyday life. The factors influencing the effectiveness of the se methods, including individual personality cha racteristics, the influence of stress and social environment, are determined. Theoretical analysis of scientific literature is carried out, empirical data are systematized and generalized.

Недо- статочная разработка теоретических основ диагностики и безмедикаментозных методов повышения саморегуляции наряду с низкой доступностью профильных специалистов и культурой обращения за психологической помощью существенно снижает эффективность меро приятий про филактич еского и коррек ционного характера. Создание теоретической базы актуальных подходов к диагностике и безмеди - каментозной саморегуляции психоэмоционального состояния личности, что вклю- чает в себя систематизацию имеющихся методов и выявление основных факторов, влияющих на успех саморегуляции. Теоретические аспекты диагностики и саморегуляции… И Представлена теоретическая модель, учитывающая когнитивные, эмоциональные и поведенческие аспекты саморегуляции. Определены факторы, оказывающие влияние на эффективность безмедикаментозных методов ее повышения, включая индивидуальные личностные характеристики, влияние стресса и социального ок ружения. Рассмотренные теоретические подходы к диагностике и саморе гуляции психоэмоциональных состояний личности могут использоваться для создания эффективных психокоррекционных программ, направленных на повыше ние стрессо -
