in a certain way the Seidel method converges in one step In paper this phenomenon is generalized
for systems of the form x = Bx + d, where the matrix B has one or more zero eigenvalues. The
conditions are established for the best, in one step, and guaranteed, for r steps, convergence rate
of the iteration method, where r is the size of the zero Jordan cell of the canonical form of the

processing system of scientific and scientific-educational organizations. A combined approach to
creating ontologies is presented, when existing top-level ontologies and expert knowledge are used
for the top level, and for others - automatic generation based on document bodies and broad crossdomain
ontologies, which are well supported thanks to the efforts of the open community. The main
models of data representation in ontologies are analyzed, the choice of ontology description

UDC 004.912 Annotation:The article is devoted to the problem of automatic synonymic replacements in the Russian
sentence. They must preserve the meaning and the correct syntax. The method employs a special
synonym database, based on the concept of a synonymic series. A member of the
synonymic series that occurs in the text is replaced by the corresponding dominant. This is an
element of adaptation of the text. In order for the replacement not to lead to an absurd result, the
meanings expressed by the non-dominant member of the synonymic series should not go beyond
the meanings expressed by the dominant. In this regard, an analysis of synonymous series and
also maximization of the dominant in frequency of use were performed. To ensure the correct

their image in the context of the three-dimensional architectural structures reconstruction, based on the
perspective scales method. Comparisons of construction results with physical measurements of the

A. A. Semenov, O. O. Varlamov. RESEARCH OF METHODS OF SELECTION ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS BASED ON COMPARISON OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL VECTORS.
UDC 004.021 Annotation:The article is devoted to the problem of searching advertising campaigns for participation in the auction,
conducted using the OpenRTB technology. The article discusses various methods of selecting advertising campaigns.
All solutions are based on the comparison of multidimensional vectors in a limited time. The previously described
methods for comparing vectors are not suitable because of the strict time limit, which does not exceed an average of 150 ms.
Solutions are proposed that are based on the use of targeting masks, compiling a key for determining, using mivar technologies
of artificial intelligence. Each of the methods was analyzed with a description of its advantages and disadvantages.

The novel approach is offered based on calculation of MFCC-grams and prosodic parameters of
speech as an input for deep learning models. The results of experiments, where a convolutional
