V. N. Belovodskiy, S. L. Bukin. SUBHARMONIC OSCILLATIONS OF A SINGLE-MASS INERTIA VIBROMACHINE WITH ASYMMETRIC ELASTIC SUPPORT.
UDC 531.3; 534.014 Annotation: A single-mass vibration machine of inertial type with horizontal vibrations of the working body is considered.
A scheme for the formation of its elastic system of an asymmetric type, including a composition of cylindrical and
conical compression springs, is proposed. For two sets of experimental data on the power characteristics of such
springs, a mathematical description of elastic systems was performed and mathematical models of the movement
of the working body were compiled. By means of numerical simulation, the possibility of excitation of
subharmonic resonances of the order of 1/2 has been established, their comparative analysis has been carried out in
terms of the width of the frequency zone of excitation and the amplitudes of the disturbing forces, and the laws of
displacement of steady-state oscillations have been obtained. Their features are noted, the goals of future research
are formulated. Keywords: single-mass vibrator, inertial vibration drive, working body, asymmetric elastic support, conical spring, subharmonic resonance.
E. N. Pavlyuk, O. A. Krivodubsky. DEVELOPMENT OF A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF TACTICAL FORECAST OF CONSTRUCTION MARKET ACTIVITIES.
UDC 519.8:658.512 Annotation: The article discusses the creation of a mathematical model as a toolkit for the tactical decision-making system of accompanied products by the construction market,
which considers various objective and subjective factors that determine the trading and purchasing activities of an enterprise. Keywords: building market, mathematical model, trade-purchasing activity.
V. V. Rumyantsev, S. A. Fedorov. INTRODUCTION TO POLARITONICS.
UDC 004.94 Annotation: Based on the authors' previous research, the paper presents two parts of a new field of science - polaritonics: semi-classical polaritonics and quantum polaritonics.
As an example, in the first part of the review, numerical modeling of the parameters of the natural optical activity of a non-ideal molecular crystal in the vicinity of exciton resonance
(the subject of semi-classical polaritonics, the second part of polaritonics is represented by the study of polariton excitations in the non-ideal 1D structure of tunnelcoupled micropores
(resonators) containing quantum dots. The research carried out within the framework of polaritonics is very relevant due to the appearance of optoelectronic devices using various
applications of modern photonics – from the localization of light in nanophotonic waveguides to quantum information processing. Keywords: photonics, polaritonics, structural defects, polaritons, density of states of quasi-particle excitations.

UDC 681.518.9; 621.384.3 Annotation: The article considers the principles of construction and features of intelligent systems. Intelligent
systems are characterized by non-stationarity, the ability to adapt to changing conditions,
fundamental non-equilibrium, the ability to develop behavior options and change their structure. Keywords: intelligent systems, knowledge bases, elementary components, active elements, self-organization.
E. P. Menshikova. URBAN DESIGN AND SPECIAL SOFTWARE.
UDC 711:65.011.56.001 Annotation: The article discusses the need to develop and implement a program for urban planning design;
analyzes the principles embodied in the programs of architectural design of buildings; bases of the
algorithms connected with the maintenance of the town-planning project are predicted; an attempt
was made to prove a complex relationship to the architectural object in the development of a
software product for designers of the urban environment. Keywords: design programs, BIM-TIM-technologies, urban planning.
E. V. Perinskaya. MATHEMATICAL MODELS AND SOFTWARE IN THE CONVECTIVE TYPE APPARATUS DESIGN SYSTEM.
UDC 51-7:004.92:519.6 Annotation:The article considers the problem of forming the mathematical base of the automated design
system for apparatuses implementing the technology of dynamic convection. The mathematical
models are based on partial differential equations that describe the physics of the process. To
implement algorithms for the numerical solution of equations, a set of computer programs is being developed. Keywords: mathematical model, process, algorithm, system, project.
Ya. S. Pikalyov. THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TEXT CORPORA NORMALIZATION SYSTEM.
UDC 51-7:004.92:519.6 Annotation:This work is devoted to the task of developing a system for the normalization of text corpora used for teaching language models. The author proposed
a hybrid method of normalization of text corpora, which was developed on the basis of a procedural-declarative approach, as well as using machine learning.
A neural network has been trained to parse the input text. A method for processing alphanumeric complexes and abbreviations is presented. Algorithms have been developed.
"efications" and "yofications" of words. Numerical studies have been carried out to compare the use of nonnormalized and normalized text corpus for the tasks of language
modeling and speech recognition. Keywords: text corpora, syntactic analysis, automatic speech recognition, machine learning, natural language processing.
