UDC 004.8; 001 Annotation: The question of whether artificial intelligence can have subjective experiences and human-type on consciousness
is important both for philosophy and the future of computer science.This paper replaces the question, posed by Frank Jakson,
in his “knowledge argument” (also known as “Mary's room”) by a more formal “qualia-reading problem”, leading to a new branch
of epiphenome-nalism, called “agnostic epiphenomenalism”. Subjective world (for both human and artificial intelligence) is
considered as constructed from “representational illusions”, which, according to the “theory of mind-matter”, are becoming

CONSUMPTION AT COAL INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES.
UDC 004.89 Annotation: The article is devoted to the task of constructing predictive models for the consumption of electricity
volumes by such large enterprises as coal mining enterprises, which is relevant today. The models were trained and tested
on the data of the mine named after Academician A.A. Skochinsky for 2012-2019 years. The study of the time series of indicators
of energy consumption by the mine showed that the series is stationary, it has a trend and seasonality. This makes it possible
to use regression and autoregressive forecasting models. For the study, ARIMA and exponential smoothing models were used.
In addition to these models, the effectiveness of neural network methods was studied, in particular, models based on a multilayer
perceptron and a bidirectional network of long short-term memory. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of these models

UDC 621.31 Annotation: The evidence base of the results of the experiments of S.V. Avramenko and D.S. Stebkov regarding the possibility
of transmitting energy over a distance by one wire has been confirmed, which gives huge economic and technical advantages.
When power is transmitted in the usual way, 10-15% of the energy is lost on heating the wires (Joule heat). But, with a single-wire
transmission of energy converted into a high-frequency reactive form, it is enough to use a thin wire with a diameter - for reasons
of its strength, because it does not heat up and the Joule losses are reduced by almost a hundred times. This reduces the consumption
of metal for wires that can be made from any conductor-cord, because their electrical conductivity no longer matters and their task
is to give the direction of the current or keep continuous contact with a mobile robot receiving power supply through this single–wire
line at the same time. The presented studies have shown the possibility and identified tools that allow optimizing and maintaining
an efficient mode of power supply for a mobile robot during its movements that require large-scale changes in the length

UDC 538.3 Annotation:In this article the parameters of radio signal attenuation in the pipelines of urban water supply networks are
investigated. In applying the given methodology, the main wave of the radio signal in the pipeline is determined and the receiving
and transmitting antenna of the traveling wave, necessary for its transmission along the given waveguide, is selected. Keywords: waveguide, pipeline, attenuation.
