Annotation: The paper proposes the concept of forming the theoretical foundations of diagnosis and drug-free self-regulation of psychoemotional states of personality is proposed. The problematic issues of emotional expression of personality in conditions of chronic stress of wartime are considered. A review of scientific papers on the research of the direct connection of emotions with cognitive ability and human activity as an integral part of his consciousness is carried out.
