I. V. Bychkov, A. V. Davydov, M. Yu. Kenzin, N. V. Nagul HIERARCHICAL PLANNING OF ACTIONS OF A HETEROGENEOUS GROUP OF AUTONOMOUS MOBILE ROBOTS.
UDC 519.71 DOI 10.24412/2413-7383-2024-2-4-20 Language: Russian Annotation: The article presents the general features of a multi-level approach to mission planning for groups of autonomous mobile robots. The approach combines top-level planning based on evolutionary algorithms and a logical level based on the formalization of logical discrete-event systems in the original calculus of positively formed formulas. The area of application of the developed approach is control systems for technical systems, primarily robotic complexes.
Keywords: positively-constructed formula, automatic theorem proving, prover, discrete event system, work shift scheduling problem, evolutionary algorithms, heuristics.
V. M. Zuev, S. B. Ivanova ESTIMATION OF THE DEVICE'S OWN LOCATION BASED ON VIDEO IMAGE ANALYSIS.
UDC 004.93 DOI 10.24412/2413-7383-2024-2-21-28 Language: Russian Annotation: In some rare but critical cases, the satellite navigation system may be temporarily unavailable. We propose, as a temporary alternative, a method for determining the location of an unmanned aerial vehicle based only on the analysis of the received video image. Unlike other methods, neural networks or computer vision methods based on the selection of some special image fragments, their metrics or features are not used here. The article discusses the main approaches to determining the location of an unmanned aerial vehicle based only on the analysis of the video image it receives.
Keywords: location, video image, cross correlation.

M. V. Minkovskaya, A. M. Piatachenko DIGITAL ADAPTATION OF SMALL BUSINESS TO MODERN CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE METHODS.
UDC 332.1 DOI 10.24412/2413-7383-2024-2-45-58 Language: Russian Annotation:
The article analyzes approaches to defining the term «digitalization» by various Russian scientists and presents an index of electronic development in the context of various countries. The dynamics of small business development and the number of people employed at enterprises are calculated. The difficulties that hinder development and create additional crises in the field of small business are outlined. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating the need to introduce artificial intelligence methods to predict the activities of an enterprise and carry out preliminary practical measures for the transition to the use of digital technologies in the small business sector. Presentation of the main tasks facing small businesses in the process of introducing digitalization products, as well as substantiation of the positive synergistic effect of their comprehensive implementation in the activities of the enterprise.
Keywords: digitalization, small business, small entrepreneurship, MB subjects, economics, methods, models, artificial intelligence, calculations, forecast.

The article presents the development retrospective, aspects of scientific novelty and practical significance of the project "The Platform for reconstruction and examination of emergency events of road accidents based on logical artificial intelligence". The platform is the first system to carry out an objective analysis and examination of the fact of traffic violations and analysis of an accident involving an unmanned vehicle or a manned vehicle. The article describes the results of experimental studies using the example of a Toyota Yaris accident when hitting a pedestrian, as well as the future development prospects of the project.
