O. V. Aleksandrova, B. V. Bondarev, T. V. Zhmykhova. THE USE OF EXPERIENCE OF ORGANIZING FROM THE ELECTORAL CAMPAINGS IN THE SETTING ADVERTISING STRATEGIES OF THE INSURANCE COMPANIES
The article considers the issue of applying the experience of electoral campaigns organizing and advertising strategies choosing, as well as the problem of determining the part of the budget allocated for advertising. This experience can be useful for the insurance companies the aim of the attracting the new customers, which is similar to the involvement of the additional number of votes.
Keywords: insurance company, the advertising strategy, the Markov processes, competition, resources.
V. Y. Przekop. RESEARCH OF PARAMETERS AND FORMATION OF A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PROCESS OF A GROWTH OF SHARE INDICES
In the article it is justified the origin of «heavy tails» in a density function of probability of growth of stock indices. The mathematical description of the two-parameter function received on the basis of Laplace distribution is provided. The behavior of the moments of a random variable is studied, check of adequacy to the received model on the basis of empirical data is made.
Keywords: empirical data, share indices, Laplace distribution, random variable, mathematical model.
V. V. Rumyantsev. MODELLING of EXCITON POLARITONS GENERATION IN DIAMOND-like SEMICONDUCTORS by FIELD of a MOVING b-PARTICLE
The dispersion of electromagnetic waves in a diamond-like crystal whose source is a moving point charge is considered
Keywords: exciton polariton, diamond-like crystal, b-particle
E. I. Burlaeva, S. A. Zori. COMPARISON OF SOME METHOD OF LEARNING METHODS FOR ANALYSIS OF TEXT DOCUMENTS
The article discusses the mechanism of operation of various machine learning methods that are used to build a model of multi-class classification of semi-structured text documents. The task of the model is to classify the document to one or several classes, based on the analysis of the textual content of the document. Analyzed the effectiveness of the various compositions of the classification algorithms based on a collection of text documents. The results of the performed experiments are presented, confirming the effectiveness of the model used to improve the quality of text analysis. When testing on real data, the best result was shown by the composition consisting of the support vector machine and the decision tree.
Keywords: Document classification, machine learning, support vector machine (SVM), latent-semantic analysis (LSA).

O. S. Voronova. CREATION THE COMPOUND RESPONSE SURFACES APPLIED TO MODELING THE DEPENDENCE REFRIGERANT PHYSICAL PARAMETERS
In this paper, the methods of creating the compound response surfaces in relation to the solution problems to modeling on example the dependence physical parameters of the refrigerant R407C were investigated. The possibility of increasing the accuracy of modeling is investigated by choosing different support contours and forming the response surface on the same field of initial points. As a result, high values the determination coefficients were obtained. But only an increase discretization the response surface compartments made it possible to obtain a qualitative geometric model. In this model, the parameter values correspond not only to the original data, but also to intermediate values.
Keywords: layout of the model, geometrical model, response surface compartment, support contours, forming surfaces, refrigerant parameters.

The article discusses the development of domestic and foreign components of BIM-technologies. The tendency of Russian BIM to replenish with new components has been revealed. The article discusses the feasibility of expanding software for BIM-technologies to incorporate a new component – a program for urban planning.

A. A. Kharlamov. SEMANTIC NETWORK AS A MODEL OF THE WORLD AND FOCUSED BEHAVIOR
In the process of purposeful behavior, human uses a model of the world, which includes the language and multimodal models. They are based on hierarchies of images of events, which are formed in the cortical columns of the brain hemispheres. They unite into situation models – semantic networks – in lamellas of the hippocampus. Purposeful behavior can be viewed as the formation of chains of situation models and the monitoring of the conformity of these models to real situations of the environment during the actioning.
Keywords: human model of the world, purposeful behavior, structural multilevel representation in the columns of the cortex, sensory presentation in the posterior cortex, motor presentation in the frontal cortex, paradigmatic representation in the lamellae of the hippocampus.
