In the article it is justified the origin of «heavy tails» in a density function of probability of growth of stock indices. The mathematical description of the two-parameter function received on the basis of Laplace distribution is provided. The behavior of the moments of a random variable is studied, check of adequacy to the received model on the basis of empirical data is made.

E. I. Burlaeva, S. A. Zori. COMPARISON OF SOME METHOD OF LEARNING METHODS FOR ANALYSIS OF TEXT DOCUMENTS
The article discusses the mechanism of operation of various machine learning methods that are used to build a model of multi-class classification of semi-structured text documents. The task of the model is to classify the document to one or several classes, based on the analysis of the textual content of the document. Analyzed the effectiveness of the various compositions of the classification algorithms based on a collection of text documents. The results of the performed experiments are presented, confirming the effectiveness of the model used to improve the quality of text analysis. When testing on real data, the best result was shown by the composition consisting of the support vector machine and the decision tree.

O. S. Voronova. CREATION THE COMPOUND RESPONSE SURFACES APPLIED TO MODELING THE DEPENDENCE REFRIGERANT PHYSICAL PARAMETERS
In this paper, the methods of creating the compound response surfaces in relation to the solution problems to modeling on example the dependence physical parameters of the refrigerant R407C were investigated. The possibility of increasing the accuracy of modeling is investigated by choosing different support contours and forming the response surface on the same field of initial points. As a result, high values the determination coefficients were obtained. But only an increase discretization the response surface compartments made it possible to obtain a qualitative geometric model. In this model, the parameter values correspond not only to the original data, but also to intermediate values.

A. A. Kharlamov. SEMANTIC NETWORK AS A MODEL OF THE WORLD AND FOCUSED BEHAVIOR
In the process of purposeful behavior, human uses a model of the world, which includes the language and multimodal models. They are based on hierarchies of images of events, which are formed in the cortical columns of the brain hemispheres. They unite into situation models – semantic networks – in lamellas of the hippocampus. Purposeful behavior can be viewed as the formation of chains of situation models and the monitoring of the conformity of these models to real situations of the environment during the actioning.
