S. S. Antsyferov, K. N. Fazilova, K. E. Rusanov. INDICATORS OF NON-EQUILIBRIUM STABILITY OF COGNITIVE SYSTEMS
Cognitive neural systems have a number of properties, the most important of which is the property of non-equilibrium stability. Research of indicators of non-equilibrium stability of cognitive systems is still not become a frequent practice, therefore the development of standard methods of evaluation indicators is an actual question. Model of cognitive systems with active elements is offered. Indicators of non-equilibrium system stability are considered.
Keywords: cognitive systems, non-equilibrium stability, indicators of non-equilibrium stability, active elements, phase portrait of active element, limit cycle, dynamics of system, entropy.

T.V. Zonenko, V. V. Bondarchuk. RESEARCH AND CALCULATION OF THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL ROBOT KINEMATICS
The universal approach of application of direct and reverse tasks of kinematics is provided in article for control of two "hands" of at the same time multifunction industrial robot. Direct and inverse problem solution is based on the rotation matrices for certain angles of view and the matrix of the Euler angles. For industrial robots are considered types of working bodies and the parameters of the selection of the universal gripper systems for industrial manipulator represented.
Keywords: kinematics, the industrial robot, manipulator geometry, actuator, mathematical description, byuster robot, robot joints, Euler angles, rotation matrix, pitch, roll, yaw.

O.M. Korchazhkina. THE NATURAL COGNITIVE SYSTEM OF HOMO COGNITIONIS: IN SEARCH OF AN ALGORITHM OF HUMAN THINKING
To create artificial intelligence, there arises a problem of how to find a practical algorithm of the process of thinking. We also discuss the reasons why the attempts to solve the problem can hardly be achieved. According to the regular occurrences the mental process has, it is established that at the present stage of science development, it is unlikely to create an adequate non-biological pattern where the higher mental functions work interrelatedly, which is the foundation of the man’s intellectual, emotional and behavioral activities.
Keywords: cognitive system, thinking, higher mental functions, human brain, Neurocybernetics, artificial intelligence.

V.I. Levin. POLYINTERVALS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN SYSTEM MODELING
Article is devoted to development of new model of uncertainty (polyinterval) and mathematical methods of studying it. It is proposed to extend the study of polyintervals by well-known methods of interval mathematics based on determination of algebraic operations on intervals in the form of set-theoretic generalization of operations on real numbers. The system of algebraic operations on poly-intervals is determined and rules for their implementation are derived, common algorithm of study of systems with uncertain parameters by polyintervals is given.
Keywords: interval value, polyinterval value, uncertainty, algebra of polyinterval values.

А. S. Minenko. MODELING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN RECOGNITION OF HUMAN FACE BY FACIAL IMAGE
The article reviews theories explaining the mechanism of appearing and showing emotions essential for analysis and synthesis of human face through mathematical methods and computer technologies. The basic idea lies in development of an algorithm of automatic generation of flexible patterns of eyebrows, eyes and mouth contours.
Keywords: approximation, mimic manifestations, emotions, algorithm, spline approximation.

I.S. Salnikov, R.I. Salnikov, S.V.Tereshchenko. PRINCIPLES OF FUNCTIONING THE ROBOTIC COMPUTER
The article presents the main prerequisites for the transition to the robotization of computers, followed by people who perform a particular job with a significant number of operations performed manually. It is shown that there is a possibility to replace the human operator with the corresponding robot operator or buster if to use automation of functional algorithms which it uses. Specific examples of such opportunities in robotization are given.
